INATEK Kibungo was established in 2003 as a private University. Currently it has three Faculties: Faculty of Education and a Faculty fo Social Sciences. INATEK is a small and growing University trying to establish itself and have an impact in manpower development in Rwanda. In 2009 the Rwanda National Council of Higher Education (NCHE) audited INATEK Kibungo and awarded them a provisional operating license which set benchmarks to improve on before they get a Definitive Operating license
